Privacy Policy — AYO Mental Maths

Effective date: 12.07.2026 · Last updated: 12.07.2026

AYO Mental Maths ("the app") is developed and published by Omer Nilufer-Aila Persoana Fizica Autorizata ("we", "us"), a sole proprietorship registered in Romania.

The app is designed for children aged approximately 7–11 (Key Stage 2). We take that responsibility seriously. This policy explains, in plain terms, exactly what the app does and does not collect.

In short: the app has no accounts, no sign-in, no advertising, and no tracking. It does not collect names, email addresses, photos, contacts, location, or any other personal information from anyone, including children. The only data leaving the device is anonymous crash and stability information.

What we collect

The app uses Google Firebase Crashlytics to detect and diagnose crashes so we can fix them. When the app crashes or behaves unexpectedly, Crashlytics may send us:

That is the complete list. Nothing else is collected or transmitted.

What we do not collect

No advertising

AYO Mental Maths is a paid app. It contains no advertising of any kind, no advertising SDKs, and no ad networks. We do not sell, rent, or share data with data brokers, advertisers, or any third parties for marketing purposes.

Children's privacy

The app is intended for children and we comply with the Google Play Families Policy, the United States Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the provisions concerning children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app requires no registration, collects no personal identifiers, and provides no way for a child to communicate with us or with other users from inside the app.

Why we process this data

Crash and diagnostic data is used for one purpose only: to identify and fix defects so the app remains stable and usable. It is never used for profiling, advertising, or any form of tracking.

Under the GDPR, our legal basis for this limited processing is our legitimate interest in maintaining a functioning, secure application.

How data is handled and stored

Crash data is transmitted securely over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and processed on our behalf by Google as a data processor. Google's handling of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and the Firebase Privacy and Security documentation.

Crash reports are retained for up to 90 days, after which they are deleted by Firebase in the ordinary course.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or request erasure of data relating to you, and to object to its processing. Because the app collects no personal identifiers, we may need additional information to locate any records relating to a specific device.

To make a request, email us at the address below and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

If we change what the app collects, we will update this page and revise the effective date above before the change takes effect.
